Hey there, my name is Dan, welcome to my Diet Solution Program review site.

You are about to read my no-holds-barred review of what I really think about The Diet Solution Program. This isn't the official site... if you're looking for that then click here.

I have written about both the good and the bad in this review, so if that's not something you want to read, you can stop at anytime!

I decided to review this particular program as I have seen a lot of posts and comments on some of the popular weight loss forums.

Here are just a few of the comments I found...

"At first I was scared to eat healthy fats, but once I did the pounds started coming off to my surprise!"

"My favorite part was I never felt hungry on the plan and sticking to it was a lot easier than I thought"

"I have been using your diet plan for just 4 weeks and have gone from 254 lbs. since starting your program to 212.4 lbs now"

These comments had me intrigued!

So, I decided to join and get a peek inside the member's area. Joining takes about 5 to 10 minutes and you get instant access to everything, which I like. I don't like having to wait for stuff to be shipped to me. (Being a bit of a geek, I can also read it all on my Kindle, and you can read them on your iPad too!)

After a few minutes browsing through the program I must admit I was a little concerned! I can’t reveal the specific recipes and methods here, but I felt overwhelmed and wasn’t sure if I could benefit from the program because of not knowing where to start.

Luckily, that wasn't the case...

If I had actually taken the time to read the titles of the program manuals before deciding on which one to tackle first, I would have gone for the “Quick Start Guide - Start Your New Life In 15 Minutes Or Less” - oops! A quarter of an hour later my mind was put at ease, and I was looking forward to my next supermarket visit! (And that hasn’t happened for quite some time....)

Of course, The Diet Solution Program is not perfect. I was determined to dig up all the "dirt" I could for you.

Here's are a few of my complaints...

  • You are not going to lose 10 or 15 lbs a week - you’ll probably lose 4 to 8 lbs in your first week, then consistently lose 1 to 2 lbs each week after that.
  • You won’t be able to follow this program if you are vegan. (Vegetarians on the other hand will be just fine - you are able to easily integrate healthy protein into each meal from raw nuts, eggs, rennet free hard cheeses etc.)
  • I had to spend a little longer at the supermarket for my first couple of weekly shops, as I had to find out where some of less common foods are displayed. Now I know where to look, it takes no longer than before.

Overall, I'm impressed by the The Diet Solution Program. As well as the main manual, you receive meal plans, food shopping guides, recipes, a success journal and more, plus you get regular motivational emails from the author, Isabel De Los Rios. Click here to find out more.
